Do visitors need to install an app?
No. Visitors open your map through a QR code or a URL in their browser. They need an internet connection to load the map.
Can I use Ki Position indoors?
You can map indoor spaces and floors. Live positioning depends on the visitor’s device, location permission and signal; GPS accuracy can be limited indoors. Contact us to discuss the right starting points and routes for your venue.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The free plan lets you explore the editor and create a map with up to 25 objects. Public visitor views require a paid plan. You can also explore the live demo before creating an account.
Does it work on phones and kiosks?
Yes. Ki Position offers browser-based visitor maps and a kiosk view. Open the demo to see how the same map works on different screens.
