# Ki Position

> Ki Position is a browser-based platform for creating and sharing custom interactive 2D and 3D venue maps with places, floors, routes, live location, QR-code access, and kiosk views. Visitors do not need to install an app.

Ki Position is designed for events, shopping centres, hotels, campsites, parks, exhibitions, campuses, sports venues, and other places where visitors need clear directions. Map owners use the editor to draw and organise their venue; visitors open a published map from a URL or QR code. Public tracking maps may use a chosen starting point or browser location when the visitor grants permission.
